Neurophet AQUA Functions and Features
Applying Deep Learning to automatically analyze the brain region structure of the entire brain from MR images.
Measures the volume and thickness of 34 local brain regions in 1mm units.
Atrophy Analysis
Based on Normative Database
We provide percentile rankings based on statistical comparison with standard data of local brain volumes.
It is possible to objectively evaluate the level of atrophy compared to standard values for each gender and age, and to assess atrophy patterns through chart analysis of major regions.
White Matter
Hyperintensity Analysis
White matter degeneration areas (high-intensity regions in white matter) are automatically extracted, and their volume is calculated.
White matter degeneration areas in the periventricular and deep white matter regions are automatically extracted, and their volume and area ratios are calculated.
Combined with brain atrophy analysis, a comprehensive evaluation of neurodegeneration is possible.
