Clairvo Technologies Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO & President: Riichi Yamada; hereinafter "Clairvo") has signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Shukun Technology Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Beijing, People's Republic of China; CEO: Anne Ma; hereinafter "Shukun") for the Japanese market.

This comprehensive partnership agreement aims to establish a framework and deepen collaboration for the continuous and effective introduction of Shukun's medical imaging AI products in the Japanese market.

Shukun provides comprehensive AI products on their "Digital Body AI Platform" covering disease areas including heart, brain, chest, abdomen and MSK, which are compatible with various imaging modalities such as CT,MRI, X-ray, mammography and ultrasound.

Through this partnership, both companies will actively promote product evaluation and assessment to accelerate the introduction of Shukun's AI products in the Japanese market. By leveraging their respective expertise, the companies aim to build an innovative medical device software platform using AI technology. This collaboration is expected to bring tangible benefits in improving operational efficiency in medical settings and reducing the burden on healthcare professionals.

This partnership began in March 2024 when Shukun and Clairvo signed an exclusive business alliance agreement for Shukun's AI products in Japan. Subsequently, in October of the same year, the companies announced the certification and launch of Shukun's cardiac CT image analysis software "Careverse^TM CoronaryDoc" in the Japanese market.
